I'm confident that you will love your purchase.  If you aren't satisfied, please email me and lets talk about it, before initiating a return.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns started within 3 days after receipt of the item, with the exception of the pierced earrings. Pierced earrings are NOT refundable or exchanged, due to their hygiene and safety concerns.  The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  We consider an item returned once we are in receipt of the item.  Item(s) must be returned unused and unworn and be returned in same packaging (preferable) or like packaging. Refund will be determined on condition of item returned.

Shipping

We process and ship orders 2-3 business days once credit card authorization and verification can be obtained.  If for some unseen reason, we are unable to ship within given timeline, you will be contacted via your contact information that you've provided. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when order is shipped. 

We ship USPS ground advantage. If for whatever reason, you need your order before USPS ground advantage 2-5 days,  please contact me at time of order.
